since all of our hospitality furniture products are bespoke and custom, the creation process for interior, exterior, and fire pits are all the same recognizable and proven methods. 

after you send us a rfq, we review, ask any questions and then provide a quote in three  to five business days. 

since we are furniture people, we provide feedback on different methods to produce the most robust and visually pleasing items to last and to delight your customer for years to come

our finish samples are ready ten days after a control sample is provided. 

a good outcome of any design and manufacture starts with detailed shop drawings and final technical documents. additionally, a detailed materials list is added to every shop drawing for accuracy and accountability. 

this is the part of our process where we ensure face-to-face meetings to confirm that what we have discussed is understood and that the materials to be used are understood. 

these reports will arrive to you on Fridays with detailed notes on the status of items, materials, and documents as well as the arrival date of every item and completed project. 

we factory inspect the project at least three times through the model room and production process. we have an employee quality assurance team in every country that we manufacture in and we review and inspect every piece of furniture. 

we love a clean project with details, consistency, and beautiful load plans, side marking, and packing lists.
